Adam Birch, CPA

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Birch worked as a CPA with a local accounting firm where he was involved in tax planning and research, as well as the preparation of individual, corporate and partnership tax returns. He assists clients with a wide variety of business and corporate matters, including entity selection and formation, negotiation and drafting of shareholders’ agreements, operating agreements and other professional contracts. He also advises clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and corporate financing transactions.  Mr. Birch serves as the firm’s lead Fractional General Counsel offering flat fee monthly memberships to scaling companies so that they can focus on growing their businesses. Adam Birch, CPA

Mr. Birch received a B.S. in Finance from the Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida in 2008, a Master of Accountancy from the University of South Florida in 2009, and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2013. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.

Several of his outside distinctions include membership in the Morton Plant Mease Foundation Skip Cline Society, the Homeless Empowerment Program (HEP) Finance Committee, as well as a member of the Board of Directors (Treasurer) of The ARC of Tampa Bay Foundation.
