Anthony Orlando
Anthony J. Orlando joined OLDER LUNDY’s first-and third- party property insurance practice group in April of 2023. Anthony attended Stetson University College of Law where he went on to graduate from the Honor’s Program, receiving the cum laude designation and finishing in the top 10% of his class. During law school, Anthony co-founded Stetson’s Insurance Law Association, served as an editor on the Journal of Comparative and International Aging Law & Policy and externed for the Honorable James Whittemore at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. At graduation, Anthony was the recipient of Stetson University College of Law’s Florida Constitutional Law Award. Read more below…

Anthony Orlando
Prior to joining OLDER LUNDY, Anthony worked as an Associate for Merlin Law Group in their first-party insurance claim disputes practice group as well as their bad faith insurance litigation department.
Mr. Orlando has extensive experience in representing residential homeowners, mobile homeowners, commercial policyholders, and condominium owners. Anthony’s stellar reputation along with his commitment to his clients allows him to provide top-tier representation throughout various litigation disputes.
Beyond his day-to-day casework at the firm, Anthony also serves as a committee member of Florida’s Property Insurance Litigation Committee and guest lectures insurance classes at Stetson University College of Law. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
