Beatriz “Bea” McConnell is a strategic business litigator who has been practicing in the Tampa Bay area since 2007. With an established track record of successful jury and non-jury trials, in state and federal court, Bea is dedicated to advocating for her clients in an array of commercial matters including business torts, contractual disputes, non-compete enforcement matters, and misappropriation of trade secrets claims. Beatriz McConnell
In focusing her practice on business litigation, Bea has served as lead counsel in various complex multi-party lawsuits in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration. Her experience includes securing and defending against injunctive relief in contractual disputes, business torts, and statutory claims. In addition to representing clients in litigation, Bea counsels her clients in pre-suit disputes and post-judgment, including proceedings supplementary.
