Courtney Koch
Courtney Koch joined Older Lundy Koch & Martino in 2020. Born and raised in Clearwater, Florida, she received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Koch worked in Stetson’s Research and Writing Department and later spent a summer interning for the Probate and Guardianship division of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida in Pinellas County. She was also a recipient of the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. Read more below…

Courtney Koch
After law school, Ms. Koch focused her practice in Family Law beginning her career at Koch and Hoffman, P.A. in Clearwater where she practiced for eight years prior to joining the team at Older Lundy Koch & Martino .
Ms. Koch is a member of the Florida Bar and the Clearwater Bar Association and a former board member of the Canakaris Inn of Court. She is a trained Collaborative Law attorney. She is also a member of HAWL (Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers), which is a chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers in Hillsborough County, Florida. They are a powerful and supportive network of attorneys from all fields of law, dedicated to giving women a voice in our justice system.
In her spare time, Ms. Koch enjoys all things fitness related, cheering for her beloved Florida Gators and spending time with her friends and family.
