Elizabeth Kellar-Kelly

Elizabeth J. Kellar-Kelly joined OLDER LUNDY KOCH & MARTINO in 2023 and practices in the firm’s Real Estate practice group specializing in land use and zoning.

Mrs. Kellar-Kelly earned her Bachelor’s Degree from American University in Washington, D.C. with a major in CLEG (Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government) and Law & Society.

Mrs. Kellar-Kelly went on to receive her juris doctor from Stetson University College of Law, graduating cum laude and earning several distinctions in legal writing and oral advocacy. She served as an Editor on Stetson Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, and a graduate of the Honors Program. Her article, Giving the Climate a Voice, is published in Volume 51, Issue 3 of the Stetson Law Review Journal.

Prior to joining OLDER LUNDY KOCH & MARTINO, she honed her skills in Real Estate and Development while working as an Associate for Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick LLP.

Mrs. Kellar-Kelly has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2022.

In her free time, she enjoys painting, cooking, and going on hikes with her husband and Australian Shepherd, Ghost.
