Elizabeth Kellar

Elizabeth J. Kellar joined OLDER LUNDY in 2023 and practices in the firm’s Real Estate practice group specializing in land use and zoning.  She attended college in Washington D.C., where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree from American University majoring in CLEG (Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government) and Law & Society. Elizabeth went on to receive her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, graduating cum laude and earning several distinctions in legal writing and oral advocacy. At Stetson, Elizabeth was an Editor on Stetson Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, and a graduate of the Honors Program. Her article, Giving the Climate a Voice, is published in Volume 51, Issue 3 of the Stetson Law Review Journal.

Prior to joining OLDER LUNDY, Elizabeth worked as an Associate for Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick LLP in their Real Estate and Development Service Line. Ms. Kellar has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2022. In her free time, she enjoys painting, cooking, and going on hikes with her Australian Shepherd, Ghost.
