Older Lundy Koch & Martino is seeking a full-time Paralegal to support an attorney in our Estate Planning and Probate practice in our Clearwater office.
This position plays an important role in helping clients navigate probate administration, and trust matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients during sensitive life matters.
Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with preparation of documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
• Supporting probate and trust administration matters
• Drafting correspondence and legal documents
• Managing case files and maintaining organization of client records
• Communicating with clients, courts, and financial institutions
• Assisting with scheduling, filings, and general case management
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in estate planning and/or probate preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
