Keegan Cunningham

Keegan Cunningham joined the firm’s family and marital law section in May of 2024. She grew up outside of Chicago, IL before making the move to Florida during her adult years. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree from University of Central Florida, Keegan decided to take time off to explore the corporate world. Read more below…

My Experience

Keegan Cunningham

In 2021, she obtained her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University College of Law. During this time, she was the President of the Black Law Student Association, a competitive member of the Trial Advocacy team, and an Executive Editor of the Intercultural Law Review.

Durning law school, Keegan interned for the NAACP and the Miami Dade Public Defenders Office. Her internships were the introduction to her criminal defense career. In September of 2021, she began working at the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s office where she litigated juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony cases representing indigent individuals from filing of the charges through trial.

Keegan is excited to bring her experience as a skilled negotiator and communicator to Older Lundy Koch & Martino and is looking forward to continuing her career of effectively evaluating disputes in a direct, timely, and compassionate manner.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking, and exploring the outdoors.

Keegan is a current member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
