My Experience

Marc Wolfson

Upon graduating high school, Marc joined the United States Marine Corps and served two tours in Iraq, acting as a communications chief, foreign advisor, and foreign police trainer. Following his service to our country, he moved into a sales role where he broke a 31-year sales record on his first day. He then put his government experience to work as president and CEO of National Sourcing, Inc., providing personnel and program management to federal agencies. While expanding National Sourcing, Inc. from a small business into a corporation of over 400 employees, Marc began attending the University of South Florida. From there, he went on to Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated fifth in his class, cum laude. While earning his law degree, Marc worked as a law clerk at Heller Law. Following his graduation and passing of the Florida Bar, Marc joined the firm as an attorney in April of 2019.  Upon a merger with OLDER LUNDY KOCH & MARTINO, Marc Wolfson joined the firm in early 2024.

Marc continues to be active in veterans’ issues in and around Tampa Bay. In 2015, he co-founded Post 9/11 Veterans Corp., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps veterans as they transition to civilian life. The organization has received multiple recognitions, including a $50,000 grant through the Tampa Bay Lightning Community Heroes program.
