Martin Deptula
Martin Deptula focuses his considerable litigation experience on protecting clients through their most difficult personal and financial challenges. He developed his litigation skills at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in New York, one of the most prestigious litigation firms in the U.S., where he represented clients in complex commercial matters and acquired significant litigation and appellate experience. In 2008, Mr. Deptula and his family relocated to Tampa, Florida, where he expanded the scope of his practice to include complex family law matters. Prior to joining Older Lundy Koch & Martino, Mr. Deptula was with the law firm of Harris & Hunt, P.A., where he practiced exclusively in the area of marital and family law. Read more below…

Martin Deptula
Mr. Deptula joined Older Lundy Koch & Martino to apply his extensive background and experience to the firm’s representation of clients in complex family law and commercial litigation matters. Whether through cooperation, collaboration or litigation, Mr. Deptula employs aggressive, common sense strategies to help clients achieve their procedural and substantive goals.
Mr. Deptula graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and earned his Juris Doctorate at Albany Law School, graduating cum laude. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and is a member of the Hillsborough County and St. Petersburg Bar Associations. Mr. Deptula is also trained in the area of collaborative law and has an active collaborative practice.
Mr. Deptula resides in Tampa with his wife, Gina, and two children, Nicholas and Lauren.
