Tom Stanton, will lead Older Koch Lundy & Martino’s new Intellectual Property Group, along with attorneys Taylor Woolfenden and Geneva Hernandez and paralegal, Marina Ceschi. This team will handle all intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights and patents. They are experienced with both transactional and litigation matters in these fields bringing Older Lundy Koch & Martino’s entire service offering to a new level of sophistication consistent with their goal to support clients in every way possible. Tom brings along attorney Eric Kleinertz as “of counsel” to assist in certain patent prosecution matters. Both Tom and Eric are members of The Patent Bar allowing them practice in any federal court on patent matters.
Thomas Stanton is a licensed patent attorney in both Florida and New York, focusing his practice on intellectual property protection, technology law, and complex business matters. He brings a rare combination of technical expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and legal insight developed over more than two decades in both the technology and legal sectors. Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Stanton spent more than ten years in the information technology industry. He co-founded and served as President of BrixTec, an IT services firm that became a respected leader in the Tampa Bay business community.
Chase Howard is joining Older Koch Lundy & Martino as a corporate and transactional attorney. Chase’s practice has focused largely on medical and healthcare-related businesses, as well as real estate transactions. He has broad experience in mergers and acquisitions deals, corporate governance and healthcare regulatory issues. He joins Older Koch Lundy & Martino attorney Jen Murphy’s corporate & tax practice enhancing it’s ability to deliver high quality corporate and transactional work to our clients.
