Tampa, FL, September 5, 2023 – OLDER LUNDY announced that Matthew Evans, JD, LLM will be joining the firm to lead their high-net worth estate and tax planning practice. Evans will be based at the firm’s headquarters, at 1000 W. Cass Street, Tampa.
Evans has practiced exclusively in estate and tax law for over a decade, formerly a partner at Barnett, Bolt, Kirkwood, Long, Koche & Foster, and he later served as Senior Counsel with Hill Ward Henderson. His areas of expertise include business succession planning, charitable giving, and multi-generational wealth and transfer tax planning, which includes income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping taxation.
