OLDER LUNDY is Expanding its Civil Litigation Department and Naming an Additional Partner

Tampa, FL, February 25, 2022, OLDER LUNDY ALVAREZ & KOCH, Attorneys at Law, announced that Anthony D. Martino will be joining the firm’s civil litigation department, bringing with him decades of experience and an outstanding reputation for leadership, hard work and community involvement. Mr. Martino’s name will now be added to the firm’s name. Effective immediately, OLDER LUNDY ALVAREZ & KOCH will be known as OLDER LUNDY ALVAREZ KOCH & MARTINO.

Anthony D. Martino, formerly of Clark Martino, P.A. and who goes by the nickname “Nino” is a Tampa native who attended Jesuit High School and the University of Florida. He later received his J.D. from Stetson College of Law. Mr. Martino started his legal career at Smith, Clark, Delesie, Bierley, Mueller and Kadyk, P.A. working on insurance defense claims. He then moved to Clark Martino, P.A. where he has been advocating for plaintiffs primarily in injury matters for almost 20 years. He has been named to Super Lawyers® since 2013, Best Lawyers® since 2015; he is a Martindale-Hubbell™ AV Preeminent Rated Lawyer and has been named by Florida Trend® as Legal Elite.

Mr. Martino has extensive experience in representing plaintiffs suffering major injuries in motor vehicle accidents, wrongful deaths, and products liability cases.

Mr. Martino is a member of The Florida Bar, American Bar Association, American Association of Justice, Florida Justice Association, Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, Tampa Bay Hispanic Association and Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Trial and Litigation Section.

Mr. Martino currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association (TBTLA) and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He also serves as the co-chair of the Florida Bar Association’s Professionalism Panel.

He is also the past President of The HCBA’s Young Lawyers Division, the Past Chair of the Florida Bar Association’s 13th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee,
