Qualified candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to multitask, a professional and positive demeanor, and should exhibit a professional appearance. Must have paralegal experience in marital and family law, proficient computer skills, excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Duties include but are not limited to filing and scheduling, mediation, and trial preparation, managing discovery deadlines, and drafting letters, pleadings, and motions.
