Older Lundy Koch & Martino’s firm-wide staff retreat will take place on Friday, May 15th, and all staff will be unable to answer calls or emails for the day.
Older Lundy Koch & Martino will resume normal business hours on Monday, May 18th.
A reminder to all our staff that to help ensure a smooth experience for our clients while we are away, all staff should please take a few moments before Thursday evening to:
• Wrap up any loose ends or urgent tasks
• Respond to outstanding client communications when possible
• Notify your clients that the office will be closed Friday for our staff retreat
• Set an out-of-office message on your email before leaving Thursday
• If appropriate, provide clients with the direct extension for their attorney in the event of an urgent matter
