First “Essential Business” Reclassifaction Succesful Representation by OLDER LUNDY

April 22, 2020

Older Lundy Koch & Martino successfully petitioned for the first “Essential” Reclassification in the Tampa Bay Area on behalf of “Woodie’s Wash Shack”. Woodie’s  has been reclassified as “Essential” after its closure and original classification as “Non-Essential” in Pinellas County.  The firm’s emergency petition was the first ever filed for purposes of reclassification in the Tampa Bay Area, and the first to prove successful.  While we did not obtain a formal ruling on the merits, the county administrator and sheriff provided the very relief we sought after considerable resistance.

Please read the Woodie’s Wash Shack Press Release announcing its reclassification as “Essential”.
