Philip A. McLeod is a life-long resident of St. Pete. After graduating from St. Pete High, he received his undergraduate degree Duke University and his J.D from South Texas College of Law. McLeod has practiced in Marital and Family Law, Collaborative Divorce, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Divorce and Domestic Violence Injunctions for over 4 decades. He holds an A/V Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell and has been named as one of Florida’s “Super Lawyers” annually since 2020. Read more below…

Philip A. McLeod

Mr. McLeod founded Philip A. McLeod, P.A. in 1986 where he made his remarkable imprint on the St. Pete area. Philip served on a Florida Bar Grievance Committee, served on and was past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Greater St. Petersburg YMCA and is the former chair of the St. Pete Bar Family Law Section.

Philip prides himself on his family and has been happily married for 40 years. He is among the St. Pete High Hall of Fame and was on scholarship for the Duke University Basketball Team from 1973-74. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and riding his road bike, averaging 12-15 miles per day.
