TAMPA METRO NAMES MICHAEL LUNDY AS “THE FACE OF FAMILY LAW” AND DAVID SINGER AS “THE FACE OF REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT LAW”
Michael Lundy, OLDER LUNDY’s Managing and Founding Partner, has a background in corporate finance and complicated business transactions making him uniquely qualified to handle complex financial issues that most family law attorneys simply cannot.
His clients appreciate his strong work ethic, services and most importantly, the results he achieves. While he is a highly skilled trial attorney, he understands how to get a deal done and always keep the client first.
Michael began building one of the largest family law practices in Florida in 2003. His tenacity has enabled the firm to expand into business litigation, personal injury, property insurance coverage disputes, estate planning, real estate land use and development and more. OLDER LUNDY can now handle nearly any legal need its clients may face, whether its business or personal.
Michael is a Yale graduate and Florida native. He lives in Tampa with his wife and two children.
David B. Singer leads OLDER LUNDY’s Real Estate, Land Use and Development practice group. He has spent decades honing his expertise in zoning issues, land use, comprehensive planning, economic incentive eligibility, permitting issues and issues relating to political and election law.
Singer’s broad practice includes interacting with local, state, and federal government officials on behalf of private citizens, corporations, and elected officials.
Singer and his team are known for bringing a deal from the idea stage to a completed development and advocating for clients in front of municipal boards, state and federal agencies, and when necessary, in state and federal courts.
